• Email address and account credentials (managed by Clerk)
• Services, promotions, and tone preferences for AI content generation

Information collected automatically:

• Google Business Profile analytics data (views, clicks, calls, directions) via authorized integrations
• Payment information processed and stored by Stripe — we never store full card numbers
• Usage data and logs for service operation and debugging

3. How We Use Your Information

• To generate AI-written Google Business posts and review responses personalized to your business
• To display your Google Business analytics in your dashboard
• To process subscription payments and manage your billing account
• To send transactional emails (post approvals, review alerts, weekly reports)
• To provide customer support and improve the Service

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your business data to train AI models beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.

Repply uses the following third-party services to operate. Each has their own privacy policy:

• Clerk — Authentication and user management
• Supabase — Database and data storage
• Stripe — Payment processing and subscription billing
• Resend — Transactional email delivery

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase servers with encryption at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security practices including secure authentication via Clerk and HTTPS-only access. While we take reasonable precautions, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request account deletion, we will delete your business data within 30 days. Billing records may be retained longer as required by law.

You have the right to:

• Opt out of non-essential communications
• Export your data in a portable format
